Ross is the founder of QBDoc. Before QBDoc, a full-time musician, then Manager of Binna-Burra Lodge in Lamington National Park SE Qld.

He is one of the most experienced management system and compliance consultants in Australia. Ross is highly regarded by industry and certification bodies alike, particularly for his plain-English approach to documentation.
